Introduction

Anas, the founder of NachaTech, was aware of SEO being a great channel for organic inbound traffic. However, the complexity of initiating a robust SEO strategy was considerable. There was already some content that got some SEO traffic, but going all in would take too much effort to do in-house. While outsourcing to an agency was an option, the cost was prohibitive. Due to the niche nature of NachaTech's services, conventional writers and agencies could not grasp the required content depth. That gap was successfully filled by Adaptify's AI-driven content creation.

Solution

Adaptify SEO leveraged automation to enhance the performance of existing content and mapped out a content creation strategy. It prioritized three high-impact keyword clusters: 18 keywords around the topical cluster ABA Number Validation Tool, 24 keywords around the subject NACHA File Format, and 10 experiment keywords to test new keyword clusters, including Nacha Excel, payment formats and standards, and web debit account validation rule.

Those keywords targeted potential client companies at the exact moment they were facing ACH-related issues with their payment validation, which not only improved the overall impressions quantity, but also the quality of organic leads.

About 100+ articles were scheduled since, titles were generated and then the content was AI-created, supplemented with images and infographics. These comprehensive 3000+ word articles were then automatically posted daily to NachaTech's blog to ensure a steady flow of content. NachaTech uses WordPress and Adaptify SEO uses the WordPress API to post the articles including metadata.
